PREFERRED VENDOR PROGRAM

Our preferred vendor program is a unique opportunity. We offer our agents and their clients a list of qualified vendors to serve their needs. The Preferred Vendor Program gives us the ability to identify and partner with companies who can provide services to empower our leadership team, agents, and their clients with tools, resources, and leverage. Our success record continues to increase because of these strong relationships with our partners. We look forward to achieving new heights with your participation in this vendor program.

Vendor Agreement

The vendor program is designed to provide exposure for vendors and create relationship building opportunities with Keller Williams Inspire Realty (KWIN) agents. The vendor agreement is a one year minimum commitment. Your automatic payment will continue beyond the year minimum, unless you notify us. While KWIN reserves the right to make changes to the vendor program at any time, vendors shall be notified of all changes immediately. Preferred Vendors are expected to adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Vendors are expected to uphold the KWIN belief system when dealing with our agents, customers, and other vendors

  • Vendors shall be respectful and professional at all times. Vendors shall be prompt to all events.

  • Vendors shall provide the Market Center with their company logo.

  • Vendors shall be responsible for maintaining the supply of marketing material in the Market Center.

  • Vendors shall keep the Market Center updated on any changes to business license or other pertinent information such as contact information or company logo changes.

Right of First Refusal: Vendors in our program hold the right of first refusal to all sponsorship opportunities. Each vendor is able to attend their allotted number of events, based on the tier of the program.

Non-Exclusive: This program is not designed to be exclusive to each individual vendor's business. Vendors hold the right of first refusal except for sponsorships that were previously agreed upon prior to the program's inception.

Additional Events: Vendors may choose to schedule an event that is not sanctioned by the Market Center which would be at the vendor’s own cost. For example, a vendor may choose to host a Lunch & Learn event or other class at the Market Center. This would not be included in the Vendor Program cost. Please contact the Director of First Impressions to discuss these opportunities.
