Jeff Shipley, founder of Jeff Shipley Enterprises (JSE, Inc.) - Operating Principle

Shipley currently has full or majority ownership in 3 Keller Williams Market Centers. These include Keller Williams Inspire Realty with offices throughout ND, Keller Williams Realty Professionals with offices throughout MN Lakes country, and Madison WI.  With over 20 years licensed, Shipley serves as Operating Principle of 2 Market Centers and primary Broker in Keller Williams ND. Supporting companies include a custom home builder and commercial building. 

Shipley is a big believer in the power of mindset, personal growth, reading books and asking great questions. "It's not about what you get, but about who you become. It’s always about the people, what's best for them and helping them build a business they are proud to own that supports them living the life they want."

Shipley also added, “my grandma taught me to always lay your head on your pillow at night knowing you did your best that day and to never lose your word- and that’s what we’ve built these companies on. It’s always about the people- I can’t stress that enough. They have become family.”

Emma Wold - Market Center ADMINISTRATOR

Emma joined our Market Center in 2021 as the Market Center Administrator. She graduated from North Dakota State University with a bachelor’s degree in finance. Emma has previous experience working within the finance industry and in real estate, so she was eager to join our team. This was the perfect fit for her because she enjoys dealing with numbers and having the opportunity to help people. The MCA here at Keller Williams wears many hats, but some of Emma’s responsibilities to improve efficiency include accounting and financial record-keeping, overseeing administrative systems, and supporting the agents. While away from the office you can find Emma spending time with her Pomeranian, Binx, finding new restaurants in the area to try, visiting any coffee shop she can find countless times, and spending weekends at the lake.

Laura Lesoine, Team Leader

Laura  joined us in 2016 and has worn multiple hats at our family of companies! From Director of Agent Services, Assistant Team Leader, Executive Assistant, and now Team Leader, she is involved in the Operations and Culture of every one of them. 

Laura has over 25 years of leadership experience in multiple industries including Retail, Hospitality, Spa, and non-profit before heading over to the Real Estate industry. She has her Real Estate and Loan Origination Licenses as well as being a Notary Public in ND. 

Her passion is for our people, celebrating them, helping them hit their goals, and keeping things fun at the office. She loves babies, scaring people, plants, and solving problems. She's a mom of 3 great kids and also believes in the power of mindset, gratitude and putting good things into your brain. 

laurie Dirks - compliance Director

Laurie originally joined Keller Williams Inspire Realty as an independent agent in 2011. With a degree in Marketing and Advertising, and taking with her the learned skills from years in retail management, becoming a Realtor was an exciting change. In February 2015 she accepted the position of Compliance Director for KWIN which has become her sole focus. Working with agents to get all transactions to the status of Pending Sale - Compliant before the closing date is a big task. It is met with clear communication, swift follow up and a unified effort.

In her spare time, Laurie loves to make jigsaw puzzles, read and visit with family and friends. She and her husband Don love to fish and spend many spring, summer, and fall days at their lake retreat. According to Laurie, her most favorite pastime is spontaneous adventure days where she and Don head out and explore without having an agenda. We just hop in the truck and see where the road leads us, it is amazing what you can discover in your own backyard!
