I grew up on the family farm near Stephen, Mn and after graduating attended and graduated from North Dakota State University with a BS of Agricultural Economics. After graduating college my wife Mary and I returned to the family farm, and farmed alongside my father for six years. At which time I began a job in cell phones sales and service for 18 yrs. for the Grand Forks trade region, building many long-term relationships along the way. During that that time we moved the family to East Grand Forks, MN, where we ve been for the past 18 yrs. I begin my real estate career in 2018 and have found its function very similar to cell phone sales and service. It s about listening to a person(s) wants, needs and desires to find them the best fit. Yes, the numbers are bigger, but in the end the relationships formed help me to find the right home for the buyers.
