Life on the prairie is enjoyable. My entire childhood was spent on a farm, attending the country school just across the road for my first seven grades. After graduating from North Dakota State University, Fargo, ND, I taught both high school students and adults for several years. Real estate has been a part of my life for more than forty years, both as a profession and as a passion. I was privileged to be broker-owner of Reuben Liechty REALTORS  for thirteen years. Recently we transitioned to KW Inspire Realty, combining the best real estate company in town with the top real estate flag world wide, Keller Williams Realty! My husband, Jim, and I enjoy our hometown of Jamestown, ND, with a population of 17,000 people. Jim and I choose to live in North Dakota for many reasons, specifically the clean air, the wonderful people, the change of seasons, family, hunting and fishing activities and our cabin on Spiritwood Lake. In fact, our favorite place to be is at our lake cabin, a short fifteen minutes from our home. We enjoy the sites, smells and sounds of the outdoors, often with our family, especially our three adult sons and two grandchildren and friends. For many years I have enjoyed the privilege of assisting people in fulfilling their real estate needs. The special service I provide to sellers is assisting sellers to prepare and stage their property for sale to the degree they want to be involved. I also like to pride myself on listening to both buyers and sellers and helping them realize their desires. It is always a joy to make a connection between the customer s needs and the realization of their expectation, whether it is a home, an investment or a recreational pursuit.
